Our Services
Core Supports- Assistance with daily life and community participation
Supports that includes in daily life covers supports that includes supports with everyday personal activities that helps you to live your life as independent as possible. Supports may be provided at home or in the community.
Community Participation/ companionship
We offer Community Participation, behaviour support, social and civic activities, outings, special events and building your capacity to be as independent as possible.
Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching
A Support Coordinator :
- Explains your NDIS plan , provides information about services that is included in your plan and makes contact with local providers .
- Provides regular reports to NDIS to make sure you get the right supports in place and assist you with plan review when needed.
- Keeps track of your funding and ensures your budget is utilized in the best way
In Home Supports
Empowering You at Home
Our In-Home Support services help NDIS participants live comfortably and independently that includes-Personal Care, Domestic Help: Support with cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
Individual Skill Development and Training
Our Outreach Mental Health Support Workers and mentors are here to assist you in achieving goals that foster your capacity, independence, and self-reliance. This might involve securing employment, navigating public transportation, or pursuing an educational degree. It focuses on helping participants build skills for greater independence , learning new skills like- money handling skills , gym appointments, cooking program, budgeting and assist with building skills to find an employment.
